The project is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) under registration number GGM/1012/744/2025/115, dated 21 November 2025, with MAX ESTATES GURGAON TWO LIMITED identified as the promoter. The development is planned around the concept of forest-led, well-being-oriented community living and includes approximately 2,50,000+ sq. ft. of landscaped green areas, with a central forest featuring more than 1,000 native plants across over 50 species, as stated by Max Estates. Estate 361 offers 3 and 4 Bedroom residences, along with double-storey penthouses. The residences are described as having wraparound decks with three-side open views, separate private and semi-private spaces, dedicated powder rooms, walk-in closets, and dedicated store and staff entries. The project also includes more than 2,00,000 sq. ft. of well-being amenities, including a community clubhouse, swimming pools, gymnasiums, golf putting area, children’s facilities, healthcare amenities, convenience retail, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities such as lawn tennis, padel tennis, badminton, squash and cricket. A car-free ground plaza is planned above a lower-ground drop-off area. Max Estates states that Estate 361 is IGBC Platinum Pre-certified and incorporates measures related to energy efficiency, water efficiency, material selection and waste management. Dedicated senior-living residences and spaces within the development are to be managed by Antara, part of the Max Group.
